Hotel Sumeet Inn — Hotel in Chhattisgarh

Hotel is in good location but the hotel service need to be improve.I have stayed 7 days in here, where no laundry service is available,they did not put any complimentary water bottol for everyday, also they did not change the bed cover, pillow cover, after asking for new bed sheet they said we did not change bed sheet everyday because now we don't have any bed sheet we just cleaned the sheet everyday by hand. In the morning you can't got any types of food and tea also, because after 11 am resturent is open One more things that is if you want to check in on early morning then no one will be present infront of reception because they will come after 9 am. So in this 7 days just a horrible experience happened with me...

No hot water, gyser was out of service. No boys were present to help me for carrying the luggage up to room during check in and check out , I my self had to manage everything, only security gaurd came to me for little help. No staff at reception after 11:00 pm till 9:00AM, only gaurd was present at gate. If you want to check - out early morning before 9:00 AM, no one was at reception to give bill as I had paid room charges at the time of check -in, because reception staff came after 9:00AM. Water pressure in wash basin and toilet hand shower was very low. Rooms are good but seevice...
