OYO Hotel Capital — Hotel in Chhattisgarh

We booked this hotel from OYO Apps 3 classic room with AC and while booking discussed the OYO customer care as well. When we checked in yesterday evening . They have refused to allocate the AC room. They have charged an extra Rs 1500 for allocating AC rooms I think they are trapping customers by showing less amount during booking but when you visit the hotel they will ask for additional money. Called to OYO customer care they have tried to connect them they did not receive their call and through my mobile also denied to attend them OYO team has requested us to move diff hotel at night 11pm but we did not agree as we are 11 members including 3 kids and my old parents..very unfortunate OYO has tied with them but they are not able to helped us.Very bad experience. Rooms are not properly cleaned and bathrooms are horrible u cannot imagine how bad it is .. Please...

I had the worst experience at this hotel. I booked a room through OYO and even prepaid for my stay. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff denied giving us a room unless we paid an additional amount. Despite showing them proof of payment and my confirmed booking, they outright refused to honor the reservation.

To make matters worse, the owner and staff behaved rudely and made us feel completely unwelcome. This left us stranded and humiliated after traveling a long distance. Such unethical practices and unprofessional behavior are shocking.

I strongly urge OYO to take strict action against this hotel for scamming customers and tarnishing their reputation. For anyone considering staying here – save yourself the trouble and...

Don't book this property guys.. This hotel running as fully scam.. I booked this hotel by oyo ..and when i went to the check-in.. receptionist said that oyo is only for showoff they're not serving oyo service and they asked me for money per night 1600 ..when i told him if you're charging extra money for own then why are you showingoff oyo service why you're not closing oyo service at least people will not suffer for your scam.. He said that every hotel running like this i can't help you.. I came out from hotel and another day i cancelled my booking.. Oyo please don't run your service on this hotel for...
