I booked room in this hotel via Oyo. And I have made the payment via Oyo app before checkin. But hotel staff has refused to take the bookings and reason they have made is price is too low we are unable to provide service on that. Firstly the problem is with Oyo that before placing any offer on the app they should made a confirmation with the hotel management team. Secondly when the hotel staff has rejected my booking, not even for the courtesy they asked me for a room to stay. Even if you are not receiving booking through the Oyo I'm still your valid customer as I went to your hotel just for the room.
