OYO 10361 Hotel Stay @ 23 — Hotel in Dadri

pathetic experience||As soon as i stepped in the property the owner started complaining about the payment done through the oyo app. He denied me entry for the oyo booking and asked me to pay in cash instead and book another room.||i tried calling oyo customer care but no agent was assigned to me and later when i left the property the manager conveniently checked me in and told oyo that i visited the hotel and decided not to stay.||i was charged for this...

One of the Worst hotels possible... I did booking from 17 to 21 paid them in advance... And I got a message from Oyo, I have done an early checkout... Upon calling Oyo they are just I will transfer you to my senior agent and pls allow me me few mins to look into your issue... And hilariously they never resume the hold... Happened thrice I was put on hold for 15-20 mins and then call was...

i stayed for a night at this oyo property on 14/06/19 n it was horrible !! AC was not working properly n hence room remained hot . TV not working . reported the same to attendent and the property manager . nobody seemed to care. even oyo customer care guys did not respond well . another issue is cleanliness !! plz avoid...
