FabHotel All In One - Hotel in Bijwasan — Hotel in Delhi

Had a pathetic experience while staying at this FabHotel All in one property. Negatives are listed as below

This place has very limited parking and vehicle keys needs to be submitted at reception for parking. And you will get parking challan free from Delhi traffic police. Proof attached with this review. So book at your own risk, I submitted my car keys to the reception while arriving and they usually park themselves according to space available nearby but don't care if its legal or not, so I got challaned for improper parking for which I was not at all responsible.

This is a very old property and most of the rooms feel suffocated , lacks amenities as well. My provided room had no lock as key was broken, No AC remote/ decade old interior/ Smelly room etc.

The prices on most of the online booking websites are inflated too much. If enquired Offline it would be easily available at less than half of the quoted prices, my colleague booked at 40% of what I paid online.

While checkout forced to review positive by person at the reception, hence to avoid hassles, gave him the phone , so if there was any review posted earlier, it was not by me.

Request you all to avoid this place as you pay for a comfortable stay but in return got parking challan...

Great hotel with elegant interior. The interior ,decoration, rooms, terrace and all the building is super lavishing.Rooms were too good even super spacious with all facility like Ac tv fan own bathroom super comfortable beds.
