FabHotel Moro Rohini Sector 4 — Hotel in Delhi

I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed in 308 and wanted to provide some feedback regarding my experience.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. The room was in poor condition, with noticeable wear and no fresh paint. Most concerning was the air conditioning unit, which was not functioning properly. Although the staff attempted to fix it, it worked only temporarily. In the middle of the night, it stopped working again, making it difficult for me to rest, especially since I had planned to work throughout the night.

Given these inconveniences, I would like to formally request a refund for my stay. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to hear back from you soon regarding the possibility of a refund.

Not a good place to go with family...and room is easily available for 1500/night but fabhotels after all discounts booked for 1800/night... and fabhotel executive also told me that extra mattress will be available at reception for 200-300 (500 max) but at reception they asked for 800 for one extra mattress per day. Location of hotel is not easily accessible its not on road. Everytime it smelled ciggaratte smoke in their hotel. No food available in day time. Pathetic place. Don’t book this hotel. Very shady people come here, the lady at reception is very rude and unprofessional, not cooperative at all. Staff at the hotel fails to provide basic amenities like drinking water and toiletries. During my stay for 2 nights, they turn on the music at night at very high volume.
