Grand York — Hotel in Delhi

My stay at Hotel Grand York was an absolute nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Where do I even begin? The staff were utterly incompetent, rude, and seemed to have no concept of basic customer service. It felt like they were actively trying to ruin my stay.

Firstly, upon check-in, I was greeted by a receptionist who looked like they'd rather be anywhere else but there. They were dismissive, didn't explain any of the hotel amenities or services, and seemed annoyed by my presence. It set the tone for the rest of my stay.

The room itself was a disaster. It smelled musty and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. The carpets were stained, the bathroom was filthy, and the bed linens looked suspiciously unwashed. It was clear that hygiene was not a priority at Hotel Grand York.

As for the facilities, what facilities? The so-called "fitness center" was a tiny room with outdated equipment that barely worked. It felt like a scam.

To top it all off, the noise levels were unbearable. Thin walls meant I could hear every conversation from neighboring rooms, and the constant slamming of doors made it impossible to get any rest.

Overall, my experience at Hotel Grand York was the worst hotel experience of my life. It's clear that they prioritize profit over guest satisfaction, and I would advise anyone considering staying here to run in the opposite direction. Save yourself the headache and find a hotel that actually cares...

Recently i had my engagement function there in grand york banquet dallupura. It was my worst experience. They are not not able to fulfill their commitments. They told me that 5 waiters will be there, but only 1 waiter was serving starters who used to serve very few people only. Many of my guests did not get starters. No one from hotel management took responsibilities for proper treatment of our guests by serving properly, very bad administration and management. They have charged full amount bef9re the function. In a big hall only 2 ACs were there. After a lot of reminders waiters and owner just don't listen, just disgusting and very disappointing. We are bride side we felt embarrassed in front of our relatives due to their poor service. Just a disgusting experience they just ruined everything. Never trust them for any kind of function specially wedding related function they will ruin ur mood and your moment too, their words doesn't match with actions.

In short, if you want a good banquet on whom you can trust, then never choose...
