My recent stay at the property left much to be desired. The overall experience was disappointingly average, despite being advertised as a four-star hotel, it failed to meet my expectations on multiple fronts.
One of the most glaring issues was the quality of the food. The meals served were nothing short of pathetic, a far cry from what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The taste, presentation, and overall dining experience were all subpar, leaving me thoroughly disappointed.
Adding insult to injury, the prices for food and beverages were unreasonably high, considering the poor quality of the offerings. Moreover, upon check-in, I was charged for bringing my own liquor without being provided any corresponding service or assistance. This additional charge was both unexpected and unwarranted.
To make matters worse, the hotel staff violated my privacy by manually frisking my luggage and handbag during the check-in process. This intrusion felt exploitative and was a clear violation of my personal space, which is completely unacceptable and reflect a lack of professionalism on the part of the hotel.
I had made the booking through a travel app, which was supposed to include certain amenities and discounts on food and beverages. However, to my disappointment, not all of the promised amenities were provided during my stay. Furthermore, when I inquired about the promised discounts, the hotel staff flatly refused to honor them, leaving me feeling deceived and cheated.
In conclusion, my stay was far from satisfactory. The average services, pathetic food quality, unreasonably high prices, privacy invasion, and failure to provide the amenities and discounts as promised have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Read moreo place the order to the restaurant. When we called back after 30 mins to check the status, we were asked by attendant that did we place any order as he can't see any order placed. So, had to wait for another 30 mins to get the food, which is overpriced. Although, there was no compromise on food quality, it was good.
Finally, it was time to relax and sleep, so we requested the staff to put the extra bed on for my daughter. Again, it took a very long time for them to bring the bed. After seeing the bed again we were suspicious that it isn't of good quality, so we checked with the person who brought it and he said it is perfectly fit for the purpose. He left after placing it, but horrible thing was yet to come. As soon as my daughter (9 year old) lied on the bed, it broke and she fell with the bed, luckily she didn't get hurt. It was the first time we lost our patience and did the complaint straight away. This incident was then followed up by apologies from the staff and they brought another bed which was looking a bit better and finally we went to sleep.
Next day: Breakfast, I would say was average and there was some hygiene issue. On one of the plates in the rack I found a live ant and I complained about it. Again, it was just followed by apologies from the kitchen staff. For every other day, I was really cautious and it was good to see that didn't happen again.
Then we went to the swimming pool, but there was some family function was going on, so we asked the staff when pillow and duvet covers. Lack of staff. Wifi was very slow. Parking area also not maintained.

So we booked a suite, I forgot the count, for number of things that I can write here but to begin with, AC sparking, fridge producing heat & then the kettle which was broken, people come after hundreds of calls. After settling in the room, please note that you’ll have to waste 2-3 hours to start your stay with them. Later, when we had a medical emergency after midnight, we called atleast 100 times both at reception as well as at their service help desk but both of them were busy dial tone. ( As if we don’t know when you keep the receiver aside, we get this tone). We unfortunately had to call the front desk manager at 2:30am midnight who was the only person with whom it felt like we can have a humanly conversation. Housekeeping staff was so damn polite whereas on the otherhand, staff at front desk doesn’t know how to talk. I am shocked to see people like these getting hired in this hospitality industry. The housekeeping staff might be under/less educated than the one’s at front desk but what’s the point on education when you can’t treat your customers right. Forget about treating, why can’t they starting with talking without being RUDE & SARCASM. HOTEL LA, you ruined our experience on our special day.
