Wort experience of my life. This was the last OYO i would have ever booked, you are really not worth of a penny. We have confirmed booking and had already paid for the room online, but when we reach there, the property was locked, no one was responding while we were knocking the door down for almost an hour, the contact number was not connecting, customer service was also not redirecting to the hotel person.After all this, a neighbour came out abusing like why are we knocking the door at night,i know the knocking was disturbing the neighbours but we were also helpless. Got into an argument with neighbour, atlast after all the drama, the hotel person responded and started excuses. When we saw the room, wo decided the car will be more pleasent to sleep in that those rooms, the rooms were so dirty and unhygienic,we can't bear to even sit down and think a bit, we just left.
