Metroview rooms & celebration — Hotel in Delhi

Since there are hardly few (very few actually) hotels near Tikri metro station, this hotel was the only option at that time when I had reached. Service is too poor to even call it a service! They charged Rs.1000 for the room but did not shared any rate chart or even bill. Whereas online site was showing much less fare. They served lunch after 4 hours of ordering. You cannot call anyone for room service and if you really want to call you have to go to downstairs and request them to come to your room. But even after repeated follow up no one might turn up for room service. There was no water in the bathroom in the next morning. I had to repeatedly call managers and room service and after 45 minutes they turned on the pump! Please check other options before boarding here.

P.S. The owner is saying now that this is a fake review. This comment shows their true colour. I do have the payment screenshot as I paid through online. There was Paavan and another guy in the reception. That guy didn't bother to give a sealed water bottle when I ordered while checking out. I have the pictures and all. What proof you want? The condition of the room was very poor, room was dirty, toilet was not clean, had to call them twice in order to get it cleaned. Ordered food but it took 2 hrs for them to serve it in room. Rooms had lot of mosquitoes and the repellent was empty, when asked for replacement , they said they don’t have one. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. PS: There is a high chance of them accusing this as fake review as i could see they have done the same in some other comments as well, I have hotel booking bill and food bill still with me. Worst place ever to stay. The rooms were dirty, I had to change rooms thrice. The lock wasn't working nor the geyser, the bedsheet had holes in it, the bulb wasn't working. It was literal hell in there. I gave 2 stars for just one person from the staff who was polite enough to help me out in sorting out a few things. Otherwise the place doesn't even deserve one star. The receptionist had the audacity to say that don't worry even if the lock isn't working, your things won't be missing. Like really?! It's a basic necessity to have a lock and key to lock the room. Also, one person from the staff just knocked once and when I was going to open the door a few seconds later, he just tried opening the door. Thank God I had it locked. I felt very unsafe there. I won't ever recommend this hotel to the worst...
