The hotel staff was not even considerate towards us. Whenever I think OYO is improving their service, I end up having a very bad experience right after.
I asked the staff for a towel. They said, "Abhi ladka aayega, de jayega," but even after 5 hours of check-in, no one came with the towel. I eventually checked out. ( Last time they do the same thing but we thought it is not important to file a complaint.)
I asked the staff for a remote. They said, "Abhi ladka aayega, de jayega, or aap aas-paas wale room mein dekh lo," but again, no one came.
They gave us water in a one-time-use Bisleri bottle, but the bottle was already used and completely crushed.
Their staff came four times just to ask for the check-in OTP. They didn’t even know where to enter the OTP—we had to help them with it.
The lift was not working, which was the worst part. I asked them to start it, and they said, "Kharab hai, complaint kiya hua hai." Then, after two hours, the lift started working.
We arrived early, around 11:30 AM, and asked for the room. They said, "200 rupees extra lagenge agar abhi chahiye toh, warna 12 baje room milega." After a small discussion, they gave us the room.
