I have a lot of complaints related to the FabHotel Luxe Inn. 1. None of the Facilities/Amenities mentioned at the time of booking were provided. Water Bottled, Toiletries, Room service, CCTV Securities cameras, Towels, linen and free wifi were not available in the hotel room. 2. The room was completely smelly and dirty. There was dust dirt and fungus on the blankets, floor & wall area. 3. There was no TV in the room, but TV was mentioned at the time of booking. 4. The room provided in the hotel did not have any lock system in doors; when asked, they said there is no lock in our hotel, security is very poor. 5. It seems that the hotel is only for couples per hour, which is very useless. 6. Listing such a hotel in the Fab Hotel Group is deceitful & shameful. 7. We checked out of the hotel after spending only 4 hours.

Veryy very pathetic experience till date.. the staff was very poor in terms of communication. They are also blame you for their own items in the room which are not working or damaged. As I've booked the room yesterday night and at the time of checkout they showed me that the TV is broken and you've damaged it and I've constantly telling that I'm with someone and I haven't done this but then they threatened me by telling we're calling the cops. After soo long when I call my brother who was also in Delhi police they said sorry sir the TV was already broken before you came here... Is this some kind of blame games that we're playing, I think they should learn some basic courtesy and etiquette how to talk with their guests... Highly suggested that please don't book this guys or if you're booking then please make sure that if something is broken or damaged in that room you should straight tell that to the staff. Waise book mtt hii...

Terrible Ownership. We booked the property and the hotel is nowhere near the location provided. The phone number provided by oyo/online site is not correct. The nearby Oyo ( which I'm suspecting is the same Oyo) will then charge you double the rate for the same terrible room. 0/10...
