Meghdoot Resort, Indore Road, Ujjain — Hotel in Dhediya

I am reviewing this For resort or Hotel rooms. First of all this place is not that costly at the same the time not very cheap. They charged us 2200 for one night with very early check in(around 5’O clock) including breakfast. Better to book your room offline. 🔸Rooms were very big with not so modern technology. 🔸 Blankets and Pillows were so dirty (I have attached the photos). We said them to please change it In this housekeeping boy said, “sir AC blankets gande hi rehte hai cover change hote hai aur Sabhi covers blankets se chote hai” it means You have no other option than to use those Dirty blankets with Torn and short blankets cover. 🔸Night duty staffs are so lethargic and Very irresponsible. They won’t listen to your requirements. They will make you feel sorry for disturbing them at night. I mean They are night duty staffs for a reason. 🔸Refrigerators don’t work so please keep your ice-creams etc in it 😆. I kept and I suffered. 🔸They have huge property with Good beautiful interiors but again Nog managed at all. It’s better to keep less things but managed Properly. 🔸Dirty Washrooms. 🔸Overall this place is famous for Punjabi food. And we got to know that this resort has emerged from a Punjabi Dhaba so now you can think about the standards. Even the place where we had food was not so clean and more like Wedding at some Dharamshala...

My visit to Meghdoot Restaurant in Ujjain was a delightful experience that I would love to share. Located close to the heart of the city, this restaurant has a welcoming ambience that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The interiors are neat, spacious, and family-friendly, which creates a pleasant dining atmosphere.

We ordered a variety of dishes, and every item tasted fresh and flavorful. The highlight for me was the North Indian thali, which came with perfectly cooked curries, soft rotis, and fragrant rice. The flavors were authentic and well-balanced, not overly spicy, yet rich in taste. Apart from that, the paneer dishes and dal makhani were excellent, and the portion sizes were quite generous.

The staff at Meghdoot were very polite and attentive. They served the food quickly and were always around to help with any request, which made the experience even better. The restaurant maintains good hygiene, both in the dining area and in the way the food is presented. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion size, making it a value-for-money option in Ujjain.

Overall, Meghdoot Restaurant is a great place for families, friends, or even solo diners who want delicious food in a calm and friendly environment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone...

Worst Place ever 😓(HONEST REVIEW) this hotel/resort seems to be costly and in Google it was showing 10thousand but when we contacted them they told a good price for the rooms, we reached ambience,enterance was amazing and we saw room it was not that much fine but okk after booking we got to know that rooms wash room doesn't have exaust fans and drainage pipe covers and then they told all rooms are same then we thought to checkout but they requested us not to checkout out we have luxury rooms so we will provide u that then we shifted there luxury rooms was okk okk . Actually property price was so Cathy that and this ace has small water park also so that's why all the rooms was booked then service was too late and many time they dint even complete there service also we asked them for water bottle no response then morning we saw pool but it was dirty they said cleaning will be after 2 hours so we didn't use the pool such a bad experience I would recommend that pay high if u want amenities and luxury or want descent then u will find many descent rooms under 800 also for staying.worst experience ever...
