Recently we did a get together, we were a group of 35 people, both gents and ladies were participating, There is no good ambience, ok ok food,absolutely nobody to take care of your team, they provided coffee Tea was served cold,it was of bad taste and low quality, for a group of 35 they gave snacks which was enough for 20 ,snacks quality and preparation was very bad, we wanted more but they never gave, they all ran away, During night residents from nearby areas came for restaurant and bars, if you want a quiet and for yourself type of get-togethers avoid this place Bella Ciao.They had placed night food in such a low lighted area we were finding difficult to identify the foods, this is done purposefully to prevent people from identifying the bad food, Room was okok,spider meshes were hanging ,there were dark stains on bed spreads and bed sheets ,as if they were not washed for months, Experience of nearly 24 hours...

We went there yesterday (20th August 2023) along with my neighbour's family. We had our lunch there. After lunch when the bill was given I have noticed that they have charged for one additional water bottle which was Rs.30/- where as this was informed to the waiter early that we have used only one bottle out of 2. Later the lady who brought the bill informed me that they cannot reverse the bill. Please take the bottle. I said why should we take this 15 rupees bottle for 30 rupees,?? Then she said she will give me cash. She showed me that she had already transferred the amount to my phonepe account. However till today I haven't received the amount.
