Hotel O Singanallur Railway Junction 2D Residency — Hotel in East Zone

There is no hotel operating in OYO 30..1.

But the booking is available in Go-ibibo.

If we went after booking we will cheated definetly.

And fyi the booking is available in another name but provided by oyo 76921 and if we have checked in to hotel.we have to face just read below.

No ac functioning.

No clean toilets.

No soaps or shampoo.

No washed bed sheets or pilow cover.

The hotelier is running the hotel with the support of Oyo and GOIBIBO in different booking ID's.

But they need Customers original ID card for check in.

And if call customer care complain that there is hotel situated there in GOIBIBO they will tell to contact oyo customer care. And we call them they will say that your booking is done through GOIBIBO.

Oyo will give 6 or 7 star rating for every hotel. Can they tell how they have given star rating to this hotel in different ID.

Very very bad people, I booked this hotel using OYO and reached the hotel in midnight, the guy at reception was like why you came I don't have a room, I said I have a OYO booking and he said for those rooms he will charge me 1600 more, when I entered room everything was dirty toilet flush was not working, Fluids on pillow on bedsheets, since I had no choice as I was with my wife parents and small kid and already it was post midnight, I had to take the room, the staff when I asked to change atleast the pillow and bedsheets took some used pillows from next room and replaced it, I told them that you are not compliant to oyo standards then he called the owner and owner said that OYO has nothing to do, it's just a booking app and how the rooms and rate would be decided by owner. He didn't even give me bills of my payment. I recommend OYO to blacklist this hotel if they really care about customer...

Worst experience ever in my life. I travel alot ang book rooms from OYO and GOIBIBO. This time I booked another hotel Ark residency it was so unhygienic and door was broken so I shifted to SilverKey 2D, unfortunately the owner of both the property is same.so I faced similar problems. I put a complaint at OYO customer they were also helpless because the owner knowingly didn't pick the phone of OYO authority. Finally I paid huge amount to stay one ni8. So never ever visit these hotels.

2. Silver key 2D residency - a group of Milan hotels. They shown very less price on OYO and GOIBIBO but while checking he is demanding Rs1500/night. So don't trust these properties It is 10-12 km away from Coimbatore. Better book hotels inside...
