HOTEL JODHA THE GREAT — Hotel in Etmadpur

I Think fraud happened to me- In Aug 2022 i have purchased membership of Jodha the Great in Rs. 999. it is valid till 31 Aug 2023. I have hardly used some given coupon in the valid tenure. As Now on this month when membership is going to expire i planned to avail such offer , so visited the place Jodha The Great at Guru Ka taal. We have dinner there, which was delicious. Now at the time of billing we present our coupon and card to avail membership benefits, for which billing staff denied to give discount due to Festival day. Here i am want to say that there is no written rule for such deniel for such festival day. Also we confirm for 31 Aug also they said discount and coupon is not valid on 30 and 31 Aug 2023. This was quiet embracing and disappointed. This is not good for such big chain of Pind Baluchi where customer believe to get the good service and benefits.

The hotel is in a remote location, away from central Agra. The rooms were under construction or some kind of repair work was going on. They charged us 1500 without a bill. The door lock was broken.
