Pride Hotel Bhopal — Hotel in Gehunkhera

Extremely pathetic hotel to stay at. The GM argues with and backanswers the guest and says egotistically that he comes from Oberoi. Basic hygiene factors are not in place. He refused to even reveal his name the second time after speaking in a harsh tone. This is a failure of leadership. He also said that in the amount you are paying we are giving you a lot in breakfast. Very unprofessional guy who doesn't understand hospitality. Also, there was a lot of disturbance at midnight which affected my sleep. Will not recommend anyone to stay here. The wash basin gets clogged and this is unhygienic. The attitude and sense of entitlement of the so called GM shows a lack of ownership. I am waiting to check out tomorrow.

I am surprised to see the reply of this hotel. Instead of apologising for the rudeness and disruptive behaviour of Gurbir Singh they are blaming the guest for not appreciating the service. If the customer experience is bad,he will call it an unpleasant stay. You have to earn the respect of the customer not demand it.

Ms.Sulochini from the restaurant is very polite and attentive. The person from the room service was cordial. The gentleman from the reception was also nice to talk to. But Gurbir Singh is extremely rude and doesn't understand hospitality. In which hotel do they say that we are giving you more breakfast than the tariff? I had only half a breakfast on both days after he said this. If there was an issue with basic hygiene factors,it should have been solved immediately.

Just read one of the guest reviews below where he has posted a pic of bed bugs in this hotel. It's not my review.

After having a horrible customer experience and spoiling my stay I will say please consider staying at a better hotel than this.

Gurbir Singh must learn the basics of hospitality. He even addresses the guest by his first name which is against hospitality protocol.

I have had wonderful experiences and mutually respectful associations in other hotels across India and I have stayed more than once at these hotels.

I have personally appreciated a few staff members in my interaction with them including the ones mentioned and they were happy with this respect that they received from me.Why was this not even mentioned in your reply?
