HOTEL ELITE — Hotel in Ghaziabad

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The service was quite good the staff was polite and responsive, and the AC in the room worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay.

However, there were a few areas that definitely need improvement. The cleanliness and maintenance could be much better. The bathroom taps were stained, which gave a neglected feel, and surprisingly, there was no toilet paper provided, which is a basic expectation.

If the management pays more attention to these small yet important details, it could really enhance the guest experience. Until then, I’d say it’s a fair place to stay mainly for the good service and functioning amenities, but be prepared for some compromises on...

This hotel is located close to the railway station and is convenient. It appears to be bit run down and the fittings appear to be outdated. Bed quality is good and bath fittings are acceptable. I stayed in a suite room which was reasonable spacious. The number of channels they offer in TV here is amazing. The AC switch is located behind the cot and can't be operated unless you move the cot. I found this very difficult and struggles for about 20 minutes to locate the switch. In a city like Ghaziabad, they could have done a better job of maintaining the place well and doing some refurbishing. Restaurant here was reported to be good but was shut down when I stayed. Zero Stars - AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

I had the misfortune of staying at ELITE recently, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The experience was an absolute nightmare from check-in to check-out.

Non-Functional AC: The air conditioning in my room didn't work, making the sweltering heat unbearable.

Bathroom Disaster: The shower was out of order, and the bathroom itself was dirty and poorly maintained.

Other Issues:
