This hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that essential amenities were non-functional. The air conditioning in the room was completely broken, leaving it stifling and uncomfortable in the humid weather. To make matters worse, the lift was also out of order.||The lack of attention to basic services was appalling. Housekeeping was seemingly non-existent, What was most disturbing and frankly, criminal, was that some of the hotel staff were involved in stealing belongings from banquet hall. This breach of trust and security is utterly unacceptable and left us feeling vulnerable and violated.||The overall management of this establishment is clearly incompetent, allowing such fundamental issues to persist and fostering an environment where theft can occur. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere for accommodation. This hotel is not only inconvenient and uncomfortable but also poses a serious risk to the safety and security of your possessions. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would rate it a zero out of five stars if that were an option. Avoid...

First of all the customer service I asked for a bottle of water in my room after I called 2 times then they brought it and it took them around 1 hour to bring it. Second the air conditioner The air conditioner of my room was on 18 degrees but still it was not cooling the room properly. We booked the hall for a ceremony but you know what we asked for around 10 times to turn on the air conditioner but they did not turn on the air conditioner and were making excuses not to turn it on and at last what happened was we had to go on with the ceremony without the air conditioner in that hot hall. Third the lift I pressed the button of the lift and the doors were not opening instead the lift went up or down the door never opened 🙂 we had to take the stairs. Fourth and the last The washroom of the room was very clean but the taps were not really working properly I closed it but the water was still leaking from the tap.

If you're thinking to book this hotel I'll recommend you to reconsider about it because it is taking a lot of money and also not giving facilities.🙂😑 My experience was really bad.
