Caju Grove — Hotel in Goa

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Caju Grove - a beautiful tropical homestay in Goa, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The homestay is situated in Guirim - the heart of Goa, surrounded by lush greenery and a serene atmosphere that will make you forget all your worries.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a touch of traditional Goan architecture. The bed was comfortable and had fresh linen, which ensured a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring Goa. The rooms have a stunning view of the tropical garden and the surrounding area.

The homestay also has a well which is a common space area, where guests can relax and mingle with each other. The hosts Anuja and Sneha were warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive to our needs, making us feel at home right away. They also provided us with delicious home-cooked meals which a touch of maharashtrian cuisine which is made with fresh, local ingredients and were bursting with flavors.

The location of the homestay is perfect for those looking to explore Goa's popular beaches and attractions (restaurants) as they are just a short drive/ride away. However, the homestay itself is away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Overall, I would highly recommend this tropical homestay to anyone looking for a slow, peaceful and authentic Goan experience. The hosts' warm hospitality, comfortable rooms, and delicious food make it a perfect place to stay for a memorable holiday in Goa.

When you travel it’s always tricky to find a balance between luxury and a feeling of comfort curated with a personal touch. And yet some places make you feel at home right from the get go.

Caju Grove is one such place that is just the right mix of heritage architecture blended with modern sensibilities. Sneha and Anuja, the two hosts, have a special knack of turning simple spaces into beautiful , cosy and yet highly optimised nooks , designed to perfection .
