UNSAFE AND INVASIVE - Horrifying experience of caretaker peeking into washroom!

I had a deeply disturbing experience at this hotel, Hotel Vibes Inn, during my stay. We stayed here for 3 days and on the last day of our trip, I needed to use the washroom when we went to collect our bags. The hotel caretaker, Saleh Ahmed, showed me the way to a common washroom located at the back of the property. While I was using the washroom, I noticed an open window at the top right corner of the washroom. To my shock and horror, I saw the caretaker peeping through the window and watching me.

We have filed a criminal suit against the caretaker, and we are pursuing this legally.

I would strongly advise anyone considering booking a stay here to think twice. This is not a place that respects its guests’ privacy or safety.

You never know who might be breaching your privacy in what way. I feel especially sorry for all the women who might have been subjected to this but didn’t realise...

False Advertising & Terrible Check-in Experience

Booked this hotel for its advertised 24-hour front desk, confirmed my late check-in via WhatsApp the day before, yet arrived to find no staff—just a number to call. After multiple attempts, someone finally showed up, but check-in took another hour as they "couldn’t find" my fully paid booking. Despite confirming it the day before, they blamed Trip.com before finally admitting their mistake.

After the delay, I requested a simple one-hour late checkout but was flatly refused. The room was clean, but the mattress was rock-hard. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to accommodate even minor requests made for a frustrating experience. There are plenty of better options...
