Self proclaimed 4* property that has no meaning for Hospitality, Service & Customer Experience. I called the hotel 3 days before the trip for arranging my complementary pick up on 17th Nov. I had booked 3 nights from my ID on GiIBibo and as per offer i was eligible for pick up/drop. Since i had done another booking of 3 more night's from my wife's ID i wanted a pick up on my ID booking & drop on her’s. Firstly they clearly told me on call that u cant get a pick/drop as for that u need min 4 night's booking, i told them how can you say so when on my booking voucher its mentioned that book min 3 nights & get pick/drop free. They said it was a SEP offer, they didn't agree so i said fine let me escalate this to GoIbibo customer care. She suddenly understood the concern & said no dont call them let me ask my seniors & give you a call in 5mins. Surprisingly within 5mins i got a call from them saying drop us a mail with your tickets details & we will confirm the pickup which they confirmed.
A flight of 5.30AM in the morning we rchd GOA at 7.50AM. I called the hotel if they could give me the drivers number as i am unable to find anyone here with my pick up details. There was this guy at the Reception who took my call Mr. Ajit. He said we dont have ur pick up details, come on your own. Now stranded in the middle of a place that you are unaware of with a small kid, luggage & wife i was literally trying to explain him that please check the mail its come from your hotel only that pick up is confirmed there myt be some misunderstanding bcz what is the purpose then to pre book if u dont send any1 for pickup. The guy replied "to main kya karun, mere pass details nahi hai to kaha se bheju mai taxi". Apne aap ajao mai apko drop deduga fir hotel se, frustratingly i replied to that listen you aren't doing a favour to me by sending a taxi. I hav paid for it in my package with GoIbibo & on my other booking on my Wife's name i already hav a drop. This guy was literally a big "ZERO" in terms of courteousness, unapologetic about the miss in communication from Hotel side.
I arranged the cab on my own & after reaching I informed the Manager there about my experience (Mr. James) & he assured me that he will make me speak to Mr Ajit in person because i so wanted to meet him & ask him that if he even knows how to speak to a guest & if he knows how important is experience in a service industry. That day ddnt come till my last day, he never made me speak to him.
Coming to the hotel & amenities,
Rooms are decent in size, balconies are netted so you cannot actually peep outside & feel that closeness to nature because it seems more like a cage than an open air balcony.
4 star property that doesnt give you complimentary dental kits, no in room slippers, mosquito in the rooms with no all-outs, no tissue boxes, bathrooms dont have floor towels so if you take a bath or somehow have a wet floor as per them keeping walking on that & in process wet your room as well.
Best part is that they have a mini bar which has items like chocolate, moong dal, beer pints, chips, catch here is if you even consume any 1 of these you will end up eventually paying for the whole bar menu.
We went to the pool in the morning's just to see flies, tree leaves, plastic wrappers in the pool for which before entering i used to ask the guy in their pool side bar area to clean the pool. Also to mention they have a heck lot of chlorine in their water, so if you come do come with pool glasses
There amazing Nirvana Spa, my wife went to the Spa. The lady there came outside & said to her we cant attend you right now as we have some work (she went after 10AM which is their start timings). She said we will give u a call in an hour's time but that hour never came.
Families with small Kid's there dining area has sensor doors, so your kids will find it all the more easy to step out without you even noticing. Worse part is that after those doors they have their pool so if you dont pay attention on them things can go even worse.

That can be in respect of a welcome, gestures by the hotel staff, cleanliness of the pool, buffet area, in room facilities of a so called 4 star property, a courteous & a staff that is willing to abide by timelines given by them etc..,
This hotel does have a pool, a gud pool size of a depth of 4 feet but which mostly has plastic, mosquitoes & not to forgot loads of chlorine in it, buffet area where you would get hardly 2-3 waiters for a hotel that has about 65 rooms, so its all on self service basis if you want to have anything from egg sections which is outside the dining area to need to walk by everytime & get it as they themselves say you need to get it yourself, they have a SPA too which dsnt want to welcome you even after operational hours, rooms dont have in room slippers, tissue boxes, no mat or floor towels & if you consume anything from the mini bar you need to pay for all the items in the Mini Bar.
Apart from this when it comes to complementary pick or drop they are pathetic there too because either they forget your pick or they wont give you an on time drop.
All in all its it's real not the place where you want to spend your Vacay, so don't waste your hard earned money for such hotels. There are much better options than ...
Read moreThe staff is good and have helping attitude . However if we talk about the maintenance and food it's average. I won't rate it more than 1 out of 10. When we reached the printer wasn't working for ID photocopies.
Then pool has broken tiles and it's maintenece is average. The walls near the pool needs painting . I could see leaves and dirt inside. Other guests were having a good time but I could not convince myself to go in.
Room lock was working on its own sweet wish.After 2-3 tries I could lock it. However when I complained the staff was immeditely there to help.
Bathroom was stinking where the housekeeping was cleaning it daily.
Some rooms have hair dryer some are left with nothing .
Room's cupboard had sliding and i even had a hard time with that.
8.one day we were late to have buffet. The staff even gave us complimentary food , whatever they could. However food quality is also average . If 2-3 dishes are good others are poorly prepared.
9.spa is very poor ..:-( 10.the day we left they bloody charged me 500 rupees for a stupid basket which was missing from my room and they almost blamed me as if I am a thief. There were kids and people in my room .This was the aesthetics of customer care which I faced. Very very bad experience. Never visit this...
