Roads to reach to the venue are narrow and through a rural area, place is awesome, cottages are clean and well maintained. Cottage pool and the main pool were dirty with leaves and flowers + insects for these 3 days I was there, not cleaned at all. Room service food was excellent, but the restaurant service was very disappointing, staff were unfriendly and without knowledge of the operations. The breakfast buffet is a disaster, the option will be only 1 dish per day with some boiled eggs, potato smileys and 1 fruit. Tea was just tasting water and milk, so I requested the waiter to get me a black tea and he said it’s not possible, when I asked him if I could speak to a captain or manager, the waiter said wait for sometime and he will make the tea, I just walked out as I couldn’t digest that answer. When you see room + breakfast with a certain price, don’t be excited and don’t expect much compared to other resorts or hotels. Everything is mentioned in the welcome note at the reception while check in and the front office staff also briefs you regarding the timings of all the amenities in the property, the main issue is that the restaurant team will call you in the morning at 8:30 sharp for breakfast, that’s just for you to come early for breakfast and they can finish their work in the restaurant early and close for breakfast, they literally called for 3 days in my room, and I had to tell him that the breakfast is till 10:30 and not to call and disturb everyday so early.
