We stayed here for a week during Diwali 2021.. It was a trip with my extended family and my dog. Pros - 1. The hosts are very professional in their approach, quick with responses and will try their best to accommodate all requests. 2. If there's any issue with the stay.. They will try to fix it immediately.. Eg. - the ACs on the top floor were not working properly. I asked the host if she could get it fixed.. They got it done within 2 days. 3. The villa and overall property is very clean and well maintained. The hosts will send people over every 2-3 days to clean the house, change the sheets and maintain the overall hygiene of the place. I really liked this aspect. 4. The rooms are very spacious and well lit, bathrooms are clean, kitchen is adequately stocked with basic cutlery. In the time we stayed, we only had to buy our toiletries and cooking ingredients. 5. It's PET FRIENDLY! 6. There are some decent restaurants nearby for food Cons - 1. It's in Dabolim.. Which while being next to the airport, is very far from all the sightseeing locations in Goa. We had to drive a minimum oh 45mins one way each day to reach any of the good places. 2. The locality of the property isn't that good.. It's surrounded by unkempt vegetation on 2 sides(so you'll have bugs inside the house), shanty houses on one side and a narrow approach road in the front. 3. It's difficult to take your dog for a poop walk outside the property.. There are too many street dogs and I was constantly afraid of him getting attacked by them(he was almost bitten by one the first day). Overall - I would recommend this place if you're travelling with family and need space, have a personal vehicle and don't mind driving around and like staying away from the hustle and bustle of Goa tourist places.

UNPROFESSIONAL HOST, POORLY MAINTAINED PROPERTY, INACCURATE LISTING AND IMPROPER COMMUNICATION All the above points killed our Goa holiday. Details are mentioned below: UNPROFESSIONAL HOST: a) The property was not prepared for us properly and there were cleanliness issues. Dirty Kitchen, Dirty Washroom, Dirty Utensils, Dirty Rooms. When all this was brought to notice, The host(Chenoa) didn't even acknowledge or respond to whatsapp messages. Though they tried to get things fixed later but have very poor sense of customer handling. I have whatsapp chat references to back this up. b) On second day morning there was no water in washrooms. They were not proactively taking care of such basic things. This wasted our 2 crucial morning hours. When we confronted the caretaker for this carelessness and the time wastage, host(Chenoa) started showing attitude to us. She told us that she will not facilitate us anymore and we should not even talk to caretaker. Another lady(Julie) needs to be contacted for any support. c) The listing which we say before booking the house had washing machine as a facility. We chose the property because of that since we were travelling with a 3-month-old kid. This was clearly discussed at the time on booking as well on call. When we landed in property, there was no washing machine. They didn't even have proper cloth drying arrangements. When we discussed this INACCURATE LISTING with the host, we were told that the washing facility was never there, and we misunderstood something. Though our clothes were washed by them on request to compensate for this miscommunication, we were at there mercy to get our clothes cleaned. They even didn't properly wash the clothes, and we had to carry that useless, soaped batch with us back home. When the event of previous point(point b) happened, our dirty clothes were not even picked for washing. There was a very unprofessional communication from Chenoa which showed how high and empty-headed lady she is with no commonsense and professionalism. We had to request Julie again the next day.

POORLY MAINTAINED PROPERTY: a) The fans of the property were not working properly. Either full speed or unusably slow. When this was shared with host, they didn't care to respond at all, as mentioned earlier. The chat is available on my whatsapp. b) Even though they were renting a 4BHK, one mattress was badly sunk in the middle. It was unusable and when brought to caretaker's notice, he acted as if he never noticed. This is something very clearly observable when making bed but they didn't bother to fix unless complained by guest. They changed the mattress next day itself.

IMPROPER COMMUNICATION: a) The garbage collector comes early morning but the caretaker didn't turn up till then. As responsible residents, we dumped all garbage on our own. When we highlighted this timing issue with caretaker, he mentioned that his cleaning activity is not in sync with garbage collectors' timings and they manage garbage in a different way. This was never communicated by the host. b) The host provides alternate day cleaning but that also was never communicated unless asked. c) The property listing mentions free parking on premise. The property is 4BHK and usually at least 2 parking lots are expected to accommodate 2 cars that may carry those many people. The listing never mentions about only one parking slot on premise. The host also doesn't clearly communicate this to guests. Result is that other residents in the society are troubled, and they turn hostile towards guests. The host doesn't even maintain proper communication/relations with Neighbours and guests face the heat of this...

We booked a 3 BHK villa for 2 nights, with a bath tub. Upon arrival, we were given a different 4BHK villa which had no bath tubs. This was because the villa we booked was under maintenance, and they didn't even have the courtesy to inform us about the villa switch. The AC in one of the rooms wasn't working since we arrived. We gave it some time thinking it'll take long to cool but it never worked. By late evening we informed the owner Julie and she mentioned I'll send someone in the morning. The technician comes, checks and mentions that there is some gas issue and leaves, saying he will come in the evening. The owner tells us, that the AC is brand new and that can’t be the problem. We haven't had AC throughout the entire day, and when asked for service recovery about the same (since we were yet to pay the half amount and extra person charge), the owner Julie blatantly had to say, "I'm not here to listen to such fuss, if you want to cancel, you can cancel the booking!" There were other minor issues too, like red ants in the living area right upon arrival, the glasses being dirty (and mind you, they charge 1000 Rs for cleaning what you use), no bath mat in the common washroom in the living area, no kitchen napkins. When asked for a hit spray for the ants, the owner said there’s none at the house, and that Pantu (the caretaker) will come in the morning with the spray. He never turned up till 1 pm, and when he did, he still don’t get the spray saying he had no knowledge about getting the spray in the morning. Absolutely zero co-ordination!!! This is beyond unacceptable. Either you don't brand yourself as a holiday home or if you do, have enough knowledge and manpower to run it!!! The place is beautiful, no doubt, but it's all down the drain, if such is the service or even guest...
