Very Disappointing Experience at Serenity Villa, Goa

We had a very bad experience during our stay at Serenity Villa. At the time of booking, their authorised person assured us that a caretaker would be available who could also cook for us. However, after check-in, we found that there was no such facility.

One of the rooms had its AC under maintenance, and the utensils were extremely dirty, with small cockroaches around. When we complained, the caretaker casually said he cleans only on alternate days and that “small insects are there in every home.” Even the villa manager supported him, saying that it’s the rainy season, so insects are normal, and that the previous guests had dirtied the utensils.

Despite raising our concerns politely and requesting solutions, the owner’s response was rude and arrogant. Instead of resolving the issues, he told us that if we were not happy, we could check out immediately — even though it was night time, during Diwali, and we had three small kids with us.

Overall, it was a terrible and unprofessional experience. The property is poorly maintained, the staff is uncooperative, and the management is disrespectful. I would never recommend this...

If you want to spend your holidays in North Goa, with all must-visit places near you, this villa is the perfect option. It's a 4BHK villa, with a cute front porch, a swimming pool and a back place for instagrammable photos. We were a group of 9, and the stay there for the booked time was really smooth and comfortable because of the caretaker and his wife, who stay next-door and help you at any required time. The kitchen has all required amenities like utensils, induction, oven, stove, refrigerator and aquaguard. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with 2 rooms having attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. Really loved the ambience and vibe of this place and would recommend it for everyone who wants a peaceful...

This is nice place to stay with family. Care taker are very cooperative and always ready to help. Best attraction is swimming pool which is very well maintained .. care taker Prava always try keep it clean . Few suggestions for improvement: As best practice villa rooms should be cleaned every days instead of requesting everytime . They were cleaning it based on request. Basic kitchen items should be kept by default such as salt, sugar and basic cooking items . Care taker helped to Provide that items which really helped us.

Always recommend this place if you want relax and stay with family . Very safe place to stay. Place is bit inside from main road but there was no problem for any food delivery or cab...
