Bhedaghat Riverside Burrows — Hotel in Gopalpur

Great location. Lovely views. Farmhouse. Own transport is needed. If arranging transport through the owners work out the details in advance. Food can be ordered. Food good but not great. Service a bit slow. Stayed in one bedroom unit. Some amenities need improvement. Bathroom mirror has no light. Geyser Switch is too high. Shower position is such that it wets toiletries. No mat in bathroom. Can get slippery. Some problem with TV. One switch is inverted. Put a phone on charging and discovered in morning that it was not charged. There was no curtain on one side in room. It was put up next day on asking.The clothes cupboard is of glass. Difficult to store stuff in it. Small things but can be improved with a little effort. And eye for detail. Staff is very responsive and very helpful....

SOUR EXPIERINCE..Had a bad experience as property owner or manager ill treated when I went for checking in after confirmation on Booking.com, he didn't allow us to even enter from gate. I traveled with my family almost 18 kms after hotel confirmation on booking,com and was given check in time well in advance. Hotel management replied room not ready and don't had courtesy to allow even inside in the face of chowkidar. Even did not attend/avoided frequent phone calls. It is difficult to understand if Hotel was interested in giving us stay there not even for one night then why confirmation was given to me after taking all details my ATM Card details. Who so ever is planning to visit there kindly be cautious of such sudden shocks as guest moreover embassnent...

Great hospitality and a wonderful view, this sums up our entire experience their. I would recommend anyone reading this to pay a visit there...
