FabHotel Sissu Regency - Hotel in Leh-Manali Highway — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

We visited this hotel as per our booking with Bharat booking agency. The location and rooms were quite good but the service was pathetic.

1. They simply give preference to the customes who have directly booked rooms with them, if you are coming through any booking agency then you will feel ignored, we did.
2. In our package breakfast and dinner were included but when we visited the hotel and start ordering the food they were taking the orders and when we asked for package dinner, they were like unhappy faces that we are asking for dinner which is already included in our package. The worst part is that we went to roam sissu village in front of them and came back at 9 but they prepared dinner at 8 pm without asking us and when we came back they were behaving like we did some mistake. We requested them to provide dinner at 9:30 as we have to fresh and up but they said "milega to 10 min me". And they provided dinner in 10 mins which ofcourse we didn't like as it was getting cold.
3. As I feel that they do not give preference to the customers coming through booking agency, service was not good that even we had to ask for several time to provide drinking water but we didn't receive on time.
4. We were told by owner that breakfast will be available by 7:30 so we had plan to leave hotel by 8pm for next destination but they prepared breakfast by 8:30 which impacted our further schedule.
5. Second day when we stayed there as it was already booked for us by travel agency so we did not have choice in run time, only one person was there to do everything rest staff were not available so imagine the situation how that one person was handling the things. He was just running here and there to handle the things. Selute to that boy for fulfilling customer's ask but pathetic management by hotel as they pressures one person for everything.
6. Food taste was so so. My suggestion is to book other hotels near by in range of 1km, reason is that this hotel is 1.5 km away from sissu lake and cafe, near sissu lake we can find better and more options. Rest about hotel services I have already mentioned the...

I wish there was no star option, so they are showing their availability n tie-up with fab hotels booking so u will pay 25% advance for booking confirmation but when u reach the venue the hotel will deny any bookings , will blame it on fab hotel n vice versa so u will b hanging with no bookings with luggage n family on road n booking money gone (our money still not refunded) in the chilly winter night, then they will offer you some lousy homestay in exchange, this is a whole scam, do not be a part of this horrible experience ,...

With self experience I am writing this The hotel location is good but staff is not cooperative also Fab hotel is full junk I endup paying double than actual amount with Fab hotels and finally they even not provided with room heaters even I ask them specifically while booking. We were charged extra for heaters and finally power gone and there is no power backup even to heat water for drinking. They charge more on water...
