We just returned from Anglers’ Cottage and had the most amazing stay there. Initially booked for 5 days but ended up staying for 9, such was the charm of this place. We loved the location. Its bang on the river. The garden opens up to the river and you can spend hours relaxing there. It’s a little away for the maddening crowd of Manali, which worked perfectly well for us. There is a beautiful garden, lots of open spaces to eat and relax. Location wise, its quite close to Naggar and Manali mall road is easily accessible by a 15-20 minutes’ drive. Our room was spacious, clean and cozy. There is a big balcony facing the river and lots of natural light in the room. We had most of the meals here and every dish was fresh, very tasty and hygienically prepared. Thumbs up to the cook who took his time, but made everything fresh and yummy. But what really sets this place apart is the amazing hospitality of Shakti uncle. You can see his personal touch everywhere. He is always smiling, so humble and polite, and we loved to chat with him. He really made our stay memorable. Also, special thanks to the ever smiling caretaker Mohit who would always pick up our call on the first ring and took care of us so well. Thank you again and we can’t...
Read moreWe stayed here for new year and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. Thought the room has a little for improvement. The location made it convenient for exploring the town, and the surrounding area had plenty of site seeing option. The best part is that it is located near the river. The attention to detail in service was evident, and the overall ambiance was welcoming. I especially appreciated the quick service. Not to forget, the food and snacks were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and...
Read moreI don't know from where to start since everything is very good about this place. Starting from the host, staff, ambience, food, room everything! We stayed for 4 days and every night we had bonfire and we even danced on Himachali songs thanks to Ishani (Owners daughter). The kind of hospitality that the owner, his daughter and staff showed was commendable. It was like home away from home. Sitting next to the stream felt heaven, so peaceful and serene! Excellent food..do try fried ice cream here..it was yum! Entire staff was on their toes all the time. I will definitely recommend this place. Next time we will visit uncle's other property as well and share the...
