The stay in this hotel was a complete disaster. We had changed our previous hotel due to bad quality of rooms and our tour company assured of better rooms and service here. They had shared some pictures of the rooms as well which looked very clean and well maintained, but in reality it just the opposite. On Google maps, the property shown is the old one. The current property is a completely different (it was previously named as CANARY WOODS), and is located few metres ahead of the old one (actual Him Paradize). And there is a huge difference. The hotel has almost 4 floors but no lift. The stairs are very high rise and its almost impossible for any elderly person to climb the stairs. Coming to the rooms, they were in horrible state. We had 2 rooms booked, and both of them were very unclean. We found flies and insects in our room on entry. The door handle was broken, one could easily see through the hole on door. On complaining, these dumb people say cameras are installed and it's not problem. So, there is a big safety concern. Our rooms didn't have any balcony. In one of the rooms, the other side of the window had a brick wall. Leave aside the thought of having any views, you don't even get direct sunlight into the room. The condition of the washrooms was really poor. In both the rooms, all fittings were broken, there was no way for us to adjust the water temperature. On complaint they made a lot of excuses but didn't fix it. We had to manage with that somehow for the 3 days of our stay. They have the kitchen on the ground floor. The pain point is we have to go through the high rise stairs only. The kitchen is a small one, can accomodate around 16-18 people. We expected buffet, but were served dinner (Rice/roti, dal, one sabzi, salad) and breakfast (Paratha and tea) on the table only. They don't have much options in food, where as other hotels have buffet with atleast 2-3 food options. The taste of the food here was very average and we were not at all satisfied for the amount we paid.
I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Be it the location of the hotel, the quality of the rooms, the quality of the food, it will completely ruin your...

Read moreTo be honest, I had such a great time with my family in this hotel. Mr.krithik Sharma and Mr.Anu also guided us to visit a famous river. Such a great place to stay with your family and friends and the view was awesome enough for us to see the first sight of snow😍. Loved the food sooo much, the taste of the food there was priceless, No words can literally describe them. We had some trouble with the food since we didn't like it anywhere but it was great in the hotel. The staff was kind and talked decently. But the only part that I didn't like, was the room, the room was too cold for us people, who come from Chennai. We are not used to that weather, so it was too much to take and we had to purchase a heater for ₹300 per night. I think they should have provided the heater along the room for people like us. That was the only disturbing part while we stayed there. If you are from a cold place and you are used to this weather, you can stay here that's all. Apart from that it was a...
