I am cab service provider and I give cab facility to my Clinet. My client booked a hotel in manali. I would like to give you a review and share it with for future clients and drivers. Staff behaviour is very poor,Road condition to the road is very bad, they charge likes 5 star hotel bcoz This hotel is in such a place where there is no shop for 3-4 km and in emergency no facilities provided by hotel.Food quality is zero and I see the kitchen Rats and cockroaches were spread all over the kitchen on food material they also charge for driver food(200Rs.) but They make the driver feel that they are doing him a favour by feeding him.If we pay for driver then why we see such type of things. I think Tourism has increased so maybe people have gone mad. But understand that tourism runs on clients. If you give a facility thn we also pay for facility so Why do favours to one another. One more thing at the time of check in they said to my Clinet,I have a facility for driver like metrics but in night time they said actually your matrices used by my dog. It means they have beds for putting dogs to sleep but not for humans.Last night some new clients are come at Hotel then they give to fresh matrices and I am shocked. Himachal is getting a bad name because of people like these. I suggest to the owner that if the behaviour of the staff is good then even if the hotel is not good it starts to feel like a good hotel and the clients feel safe. Note-Only the drivers get customers from you but you people treat us as if we are not humans. If we stop bringing tourists to you, then what are the use of hotels and staff ?? So next time i would also like to tell the tourists that if you are coming by taxi then please make sure that you have arrangements for sleeping and eating because the hotel is only concerned with the money and do not give any advance because later these people will not let you leave the hotel, this is what happened with my client. When my customers reached the hotel, they decided to check out because there was no facility nearby by and for driver also but the owner of the place did not...
