Kullu Manali Inn — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

We had booked 4 rooms for 3 days,and now on day one itself, stayed for one night and left the hotel, because I'm at this conclusion that this is not a 3 star hotel, it's a lodging and boarding type lodge of 4 floors with no lifts. Maximum may be paid reviews. (Fraud) You may see images of good view, but the location of this hotel is to much inside with a single route lane too confined, you would not think to go to main lane once you enter the hotel. Even the owner of this hotel is to rude. The posted images are all from 4 rooms where heater is just for a name, I asked them to change he didn't and started arguing (if you want take Or don't take . The rooms are shaddy with one LED light and a bulb, don't go on uploaded images please. They lack basic amenities. The food is also next to average and will give you non veg food if you ask them to prepare one day prior this they will tell you when you reach at hotel. Like what??? If you ever think of booking in this hotel think once wisely. I booked I got scamed bt you pls don't. While writing this review I have changed my hotel and booked another for next two days.

If you want to cross verify how this hotel has such high ratings check each review and the person who has given review. Many are some who have never given reviews to anyone but they have given review of this hotel. Lol...

1. Owner nature very rude, talks very harshly, not at all supportive, all your mood in this hotel will be going to worst.

2. Location of hotel is worst. (Didn't had any single facility near hotel) you will require cab all time even to buy any single thing in case of emergency like medicine or food Location of this hotel is very far from manali

Manali had lots of first class hotels in main road and mall road in very good-low prices. You can directly go there had a look in room and book yourself rather than depending on any kind of travel companies ( they fool customers in name of good services and book this type of low class hotels)

3. Food doesn't taste good very bad quality.
4. Tv in this hotel doesn't had disk connection.
5. They provide very hard mattress to guests very cheap quality (I had seen staff using soft mattress for themselves)
6. Very small congested rooms. Don't go with this hotel in name of good view of mountains as every other hotel in manali had good view of mountains.

Travel companies like sampurna yatra.. etc uses this kind of hotel to earn max profits...

We happened to visit/ stay this hotel through Bharat Booking Holiday. The hotel is 3-4 km away from Mall Rd and the approach road is narrow and step. So there are every chances of getting stuck in traffic jam in weekend/ season time. That's the only drawback of this hotel. Also parking in season can be issue. The rooms are large in size and there are two types of balcony room, one facing the front road and other facing directly towards the mountain. Do ask them for the mountain view backside room to enhance the pleasure of your stay. Even through the balcony of road side room you can have glimpse of snow capped mountains. We came to know that this property is operated by Bharat Booking Holiday itself. The room service was good and food was also good. We enjoyed The breakfast and dinner offered in the package, not to luxurious meal but decent buffet menu is always on the card there. They also serve non veg dish once in one total stay day's. They don't hesitate to serve hot Puri/ Paratha directly in your plate ( even though it's buffet) and that gave us homely feeling. Food and hospitality is USP of this budget hotel.
