Lovely place.

This property is run by Himachal Pradesh Tourism Dept and is one of the best properties to stay at in Keylong.

This has a great view of the majestic mountains in Lahaul. The rooms are very spacious and provide you best of views. Rooms are pretty neat and tidy.

Staff is very nice and helpful. And they make every effort to make your stay comfortable.

You get a whole package deal here. Stay includes dinner and bfast. Food is good. Nothing fancy but whatever is served is good.

Property is really beautiful. They have good capacity and have 3 types of rooms. Most are deluxe rooms. Some are suites.

They provide electric heater in the rooms which is really needed.

Only con of this property is that it’s little expensive. We were charged 3472₹ for a room. Since it’s govt run property there is no chance of negotiation.

Stayed there a few years back. Its an oasis. What you would want is to simply find ur room and sleep after such tiring road journey. Beautiful hotel, good homely food. Not very restaurant style but simple food. At this altitude and remoteness you will respect the overall effort of the people at that place to make that available to you. The room comes with MAP ( breakfast and dinner included) because there is hardly any option nearby. May be some food options inside the town, the hotel is at the highway. They are the best in keylong. Do visit kardang monastry when in Keylong also known as guru ghatal monastry. A tip, don't walk fast, run or do anything of that sort.
