Basalt Paradise Resort & Spa — Hotel in Gujarat

Having visited many resorts nearby, I would say this place is what I can term as proper Resort actually. It's a newly opened resort as it's been just about 2 months since it started operating. The moment you step inside it, it feels like you are transformed to a world of its own. The place is huge. There is a lot of greenery which will make all nature lovers happy. The walking path is a beautiful experience. Rooms and Villas have a great view. The giant infinity pool type swimming pool is also a great attraction. Pest control is also taken care of very well so we didn't have to worry about mosquitoes & insects as that was a concern because we visited this place with our new born. Thumbs up for that as they also gave All Out machines when we wanted to be extra careful. The staff is super courteous and loved that they didn't ask us to check out but were rather like take your time, there is no hurry for that.

I recommend you to visit this place or rather only visit this place if you are looking for a one or two day family picnic. It will be loved by people of all age groups. Photography lovers will literally feel like they have stepped into a paradise as this place is blessed with all the views especially of Pavagadh Hills.

Had visited Basalt paradise resort and spa for family function booked almost all villa and other rooms booked. The service provided here was not so good. The room service was so slow it's quite suprising how they manage this big resort. The manager or the receptionist does not know how to talk with the guest once the payment for booking was done. The room lock which is digital work at it's own will, a slight big push and the door gets opened. The windows in villa were not so strong push the window aside the room can get open easily. Even though we have booked the villa the pools were not cleaned as if we need to inform them to clean up. No management with respect too bookings of room, they were practically in confused state regarding which room number was provied to us.

And the worst thing was they accept only cash or UPI. But due to network UPI's was also getting failure. DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY MEANS OF CARD EITHER DEBIT OR CREDIT THEY...
