Experience was a mixed bag. Food was fantastic but service needs to improve & hotel staff needs to learn what hospitality really means. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights from which one was a suite. Paint on the walls was worn out. Jet spray in bathroom was broken. Bathroom door was not closing from inside. Toiletries missing in 2 out of 3 rooms. Poolside had no chairs. When requested for it was told bluntly that it's not allowed. It's the first resort where the staff said that poolside can't have chairs . So basically u need to be inside the pool or u can't be there. While checkout we were asked for wait for some time. When asked was told by the receptionist in the most unprofessional manner with a laughing face that a glass was missing from one of our rooms so can't let us go. The resort is according to me 3 star standard max. Also if u are booking through their central reservation system make sure you check your voucher you receive from them. The voucher I recieved from them had different guest names and different reservation dates. Getting those dates changed was a huge task. I wanted to get my suite decorated for my daughter's bday. I called the property for the same multiple times but no one picked up. I left a WhatsApp message the only answer I got was 3000+tax. No details of what is covered in it. I asked them to share me the details no answer at all from them. Eventually we had to bring our own decorations as staff didn't reply and spend half a day doing that.
