CASTILLO THE VILLA — Hotel in Gujarat

Service and cleanliness doesn’t words exist at all in this villa, these guys do not know this. They do not have these words in their dictionary. You could see from the pictures. How fill the dirty the swimming pool in the kitchen utensils which are placed inside The Villa.

Can you ever imagine Cooking here ?

I have posted some photographs, but not the washroom if I had posted Puke, right away, for sure. I still can’t believe it. I’m in shock that I was there in Villa for two days. I don’t know how I spent. I regret it. The toilets in here are very filthy. I think public toilets are far better than these guys. I have These guys have.

Service guys have no clue or don’t want to provide any service to you. You to do everything by yourself. Cleaning is not their duty. It is your duty and somebody will come and ask you for money given point of time. They will say just second room at any point of time. If you ask for a key, then they will ask you for money that give us some money then we will give you key despite making full payment in advance.

There is an agent called Nikunj who will give you a lot of confidence and confirmation, but once you pay him complete money, then he will be a ghost very next moment. He will not pick up your call and as mentioned already, you will not get any service, so imagine, I don’t know. I am not seen hell, but yes, this guys make sure that we get to see hell. This is not less than hell guys.

We had booked three villas and this guy Nikunj was a broker all of them, but then what we know is different people or Team who manages this villa. We were given villa number 2,3 and 4. 3 is managed by somebody else. Two and four by someone else.

If there was some need to clean or there was some request or need. They would say your contact Broker for the owner for booking they will not move. They will only do cleaning for this villa, not for that villa for that villa. We call somebody else.. It is like you are not here for vacation, but to just coordinate with people in make yourself so much frustrated rather any enjoyment. I feel this is a complete fraud. What you see online and the photographs, in reality theses villas are completely opposite if there was an opportunity to give negative rating, I would give -10.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at Castilo The Vila to help others avoid the same mistake. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

Rooms: The condition of the rooms was unacceptable. They were dirty and poorly maintained, with visible dust, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Even worse, we encountered bugs inside the room — it was clear that cleanliness and hygiene were not a priority.

Surroundings & Activities: The nearby activities were minimal and not well organized. There wasn’t much to do, and what was available felt poorly maintained and uninviting. If you’re looking for a place with engaging or relaxing things to do nearby, this isn’t it.

Safety: I genuinely did not feel safe during my stay. There were no clear security measures in place, and the general environment felt unsecure, especially at night. This was a major concern.

Food & Drink: The food and beverages were a huge letdown. Poor taste, limited options, and questionable quality overall. It didn’t seem fresh or properly prepared, and the dining area was not clean.

Overall: This place seriously needs improvement in every area — from cleanliness to service, safety, and hospitality. For the price charged, the experience was nowhere near acceptable. I do not recommend staying here under any...
