they denied my check in because we were new couple so don't have same surname in id proof. aadhar card have no value they asked me more proof for checking in.they have own rules. 3.mangal sutra have no value,u must have married certificate. key was given to me single entry after a 30 minute war but u must submit key when you go outside for sightseeing. in register you must have working company name otherwise they will not entry your checked in in the register. they ordered me to surrender your room so he can booked with other customers but no refund.after 30 minutes of checked in war. 7 in my life i travel entire india n nepal , no a single hotel i asked for such nonsense things n conditions n rules. after a 2 hours i checked in other hotel ,they n ibibo called me for checked in hotel with marriage photo but don't ask at a time when i did war with him.such a inconvenience happen to me. n my surat tour was wasted after a long journey from mumbai to surat in car 5 hours.

please don't book this hotel with advanced money. because at a time of checked in they have own rules which were not written in anywhere online.for...

If this is your last option to stay.. then better to stay on footpath. The management is a cheater including OYO.. You book via GOIBIBO with breakfast and they upfront refuse to give service stating that OYO do not provide breakfast. They will not listen to you in spite of showing the booking voucher. When we raised the concern with GOIBIBO, they just refunded ₹200...

Rooms were spacious, views are also good.

First they told prize and then they increase it, basically dogle log.

Mosquitos are their permanent customer.

They don't have towels for you if you come after 11pm.

They also don't have bed sheets for extra bed if you come after 11pm.

TV is working fine but setup box is dead.

Worst service...
