I recently visited Horn Ok Please Restaurant, and my experience was a bit of a mix. 😊 I ordered the sandwiches, and they were very delicious and tasty! 🥪 The bread was fresh, and the fillings were flavorful and satisfying. If you’re a sandwich lover, I highly recommend trying them here. They really know how to make a good sandwich! 👍

However, the service at the restaurant left a bit to be desired. 😕 While the staff was polite, it seemed like they were not entirely sure how to handle customers effectively. There were a few moments where I felt that they could have been more attentive or responsive to my needs. For example, I had to ask a couple of times to get my order right, and it seemed like the staff was a bit overwhelmed or unsure about how to manage the situation.

The atmosphere at Horn Ok Please is nice and casual, which makes it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. 😊 But the service, as mentioned, was just okay. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t as smooth as I would have liked. There is definitely room for improvement in how they interact with and take care of their customers. With a bit more training or experience, I’m sure the service could match the quality of the food.

Disappointing Experience at Horn Ok Please Restaurant – Aarya Grand Hotels & Resorts

I had high expectations from Horn Ok Please at Aarya Grand, given its quirky theme and location, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming.

Despite the vibrant decor, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The table we were seated at was sticky, and the cutlery didn’t feel properly cleaned. Even worse, one of our dishes had a foreign particle, which instantly raised hygiene concerns.

The service was painfully slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t overly crowded. It took nearly 40 minutes for our order to arrive, and when it did, the food was lukewarm and lacked flavor. The much-hyped Dal Bati Churma was dry and bland, and the naan was hard and chewy.

Staff seemed disorganized and indifferent—no apologies, no follow-up, and certainly no sense of urgency. What’s more, the prices were on the higher side, making the entire experience feel like poor value for money.
