Hotel Aarti International — Hotel in Gujarat

Stupid staff at the reception. If u negotiate they will start treating u like a bagger. Morning staff Deepak is stupid moron. Doens't know how to treat a guest. Such behaviour is ok for bloody illiterate people. He called me around 9:30 and told me ur colleague is waiting for u I said if he is in rush he would call my why you are calling me, if u are asking for breakfast I'll be there in 10 mins. His tone was bloody rude.

I skipped breakfast and checkout immediately asked deepak few questions which he delayed to respond and figured out he wanted room early for someone who was checking in today! Checkout time is written there which is 12 and guy at the counter calling u at 9:30 indirectly ordering u to empty the room. Nonsense! Owner is on long leave! Hotel management is not hired!

Stay was terrible . The spring of the bed provided in executive room was faulty and was making so much noise that we couldn't sleep the whole night . Despite our repeated request for change of room, it was not heeded and we kept on getting assurance for room change. Later we came to know that beds in all the rooms are like that only . Rates were moving in the hotel. TV in the room was not working properly and only the free channels were running so kids couldn't watch. There was noise outside also as there are some workshops behind the hotel . Overall experience was highly unsatisfactory. I booked through makemytrip. They charged as high as a branded hotel and booking was non refundable so I was not having any option otherwise please don't hurry ,much better rooms in some.branded hotels could be found in near...

Nice place at a very prime location. It is 5-10 mins from the Gandhidham railway station. The Kandla Port is visible from the terrace. Situated at the heart of the town with every kind of shop within 1 min perimeter. The manager, Neeraj is very alert and cordial person who is present at our every beck & call. The rooms & toilets are clean , AC works fine, cupboard, sheets are super clean, functional television and good plug points are available inside the rooms.
