Hotel Darshan — Hotel in Gujarat

It was a very bad experience to stay on the hotel darshan as I specifically booked 2 rooms 1 day prior and I still didnt get those two royale AC rooms instead they asked me to take royale AC suite / normal AC room.It was very frustrating to see a hotel gives you different types of rooms even after booking other types. I had to take their superior AC suites and turns out it was also a nightmare, whole room was smelling too bad the odour was so strong we barely even go into the room at first they sprayed room freshner but it was only a temporary solution, in the morning also we didnt get hot water to bath they told it will take 4 to 5 buckets water to hot water to come but nope they were bad at that thing also never going to stay in this hotel anymore and I wont recommend anyone...

The hotel has got rooms of every category according to your budget and choices.||Over all a neat and clean place with good and helpful people around.||Don't expect a highly professional staff.||Things you need to keep in mind are:||1. The hotel has not got its own restaurant so it is dependent on other restaurants||2. The breakfast they serve for a limited time period and the number preparations are even limited so you may get into a problem if you have a habit of heavy breakfast.||||On the other hand it has got primary facilities like a internet access along with scanner, printer, fax machine so your work will not be affected if you are there.||||When you are going for a vacation or leisure trip please prefer resorts...

I had a very disappointing experience at this hostel. The staff's behavior was quite arrogant and unwelcoming. There was a noticeable lack of cooperation from the team, and it felt like no one was interested in helping or even engaging in basic conversation. Not a single smile or warm gesture during my entire stay – it gave off a very cold and unfriendly atmosphere.

What was even more frustrating was being charged for something as basic as a water bottle, which most hostels provide complimentary or at least inform you about in advance.
