A long, but candid and detailed review below.

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. If giving zero stars were an option, I would have chosen that.

The issues we faced were numerous and unacceptable -

Door Malfunctions: The main door lock was dysfunctional, and the same applied to the bathroom doors. On two occasions, my elderly mother got locked inside the bathroom and could only get out after considerable effort.

Non-Functional Amenities: During our stay in peak winter, the geysers were not working, forcing us to bathe in cold water. This was particularly distressing as we had elderly individuals (aged 75–80+) in our group. Additionally, the elevator was out of order, making it impossible for some guests to access their rooms. One guest with a heart condition had to wait outside in the cold for two hours because he couldn’t climb the stairs. He was eventually accommodated in another hotel, but only after a frustrating four-hour wait.

Basic Facilities Neglected: Buckets were broken, no drinking water was provided, and even basic requests like tea were met with resistance. We had to repeatedly ask for tea, which was served in miniature cups (half-filled) at an unreasonable price of ₹20 per cup—and it would take 30 minutes to arrive after placing an order.

Unprofessional Staff: The manager and staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our stay.

Lack of Housekeeping: Over our three-night stay, the rooms and dustbins were never cleaned. Despite multiple requests, bedsheets and towels were not replaced even once. After the first day, no bathing soap was provided either.

Given this appalling experience, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel under any circumstances—even if they offer rooms for free! If you can afford to pay more and stay at a more established chain of hotels, I strongly suggest you do so for a better...

this is not a hotel ,it's only convenient for marriage guests and it's designed in the same way .The images shown are incorrect after going they mentioned that you have booked a room without a washroom , which family Person does that and also in the images...

Lift was stucked during use. Service reply was very strange that it's usual to stuck. Customer safety was totally neglected and flawn reply also make it worse. Lift infrastructure is also not up to date. Kindly think twice...
