Hotel Kaveri International — Hotel in Gujarat

My mother in-laws flight got cancelled on the 29th of Jan (SpiceJet) PNR-BHF27U. And because of this she couldn't travel to Porbandar from Ahmadabad and stay at Hotel Kaveri International. I contacted MMT with a request to refund the hotel stay which i did right after the flight was cancelled since there was an option to cancel it with a refund under such unfortunate circumstances.

I called up the Hotel personally and spoke to the Mr Sandeep who claimed he was the manager and he boldly denied that I was too late to make this request.

I don't understand how I was late since I had put in the request one day in advance and the hotel booking was for two nights.

My mother-in-law had to go to Porbandar for a 9th National Peace Convention and it is very sad that the flight was cancelled. The hotel was even worse not to understand our genuine circumstance and help us out. It's a shame to know that such people are living in Mahatma Gandhi's birth place and such apathetic people are trying to do this injustice.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I wish someone looks into this matter and fixes this in...

This is my second visit to this hotel. We stayed at this hotel during 3rd week of Feb 2017.||The rooms were clean and is good for a short stay. The rooms were quite large when compared to other hotels for the price. It is very reasonably priced at about Rs 2000/Night. The staff were also very good. ||The only thing is that the hotel from outside does not really have any appeal. But as you get in, The Reception is good and Rooms are neat and clean.||Kirti Mandir is just 2 kms from the hotel. The chowpaty beach is also about 3 kms from this hotel.||Overall, We had a good stay...

Rooms here are quite big😀😀...and has all the basic facilities in the room...from tv to Jacuzzi bath tub in the bathroom...😄😄 Also they provide ashtray and matchbox...🚬 The room that was provided to me had two balcony...😍😍 Location wise it is very conviniently located...very near to the airport and rail station...👍👍 The beach of Porbandar is also located nearby...😁😁 Room service is prompt...and non veg items are also available in the hotel...😅😅 Would recommend all to have a stay here...a good budget hotel option in...
