Read moreI had a terribly disappointing stay at Hotel Kutch Desert Bhuj. From the moment I arrived, the service was subpar. The front desk staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. I was also charged for services and amenities that I never used or agreed to, which I later discovered were part of the hotel's common fraudulent practices.
The facilities were nothing like what was advertised – bathroom was pathetic dirty basin pipe was choked in spite of telling no solution, lacked basic amenities, everything you have to ask for even towels were not provided,we have to ask for it. They don't have in-house restaurant they get the food from outside and ask for absurd price without any bill. They don't have any proper menu card and take orders verbally where also they did mistake in taking right order. When I reached out to management about these issues, I received no apology, nor did they offer any resolution. It felt like they were more focused on upselling unnecessary services than providing a comfortable experience. They provide kachha bill and while asking for proper bill they asked for additional GST.
I strongly advise against staying here unless you want to risk being overcharged and treated poorly. I will be reporting this hotel to the appropriate authorities for fraudulent activities and will never...
Read moreWe had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. Over the phone, they confirmed that two rooms were available, so we drove there at night around 10 PM. Shockingly, within just 15 minutes of arrival, they told us only one room was available. We were traveling with family, including 4 ladies and 2 senior citizens, which made the situation even more stressful and inconvenient.
With no other option, we took the single room. To our disappointment, the bathroom was in a horrible condition – stingy, extremely dirty, and smelling unbearable. Despite repeated requests, the staff bluntly refused to clean it, saying the cleaning staff would only be available the next day. Their lack of basic hygiene and service was unacceptable.
They eventually gave us access to a spare bathroom, but it was located separately, forcing us to make constant back-and-forth trips – a huge hassle, especially at night. On top of that, the foul smell in the attached bathroom was so strong that we could not sleep the entire night.
Overall, this hotel shows false commitments, poor hygiene, and zero sense of customer service. I would strongly advise travelers, especially families and senior citizens, to avoid this property...
