Hotel Mountain Inn — Hotel in Gujarat

We reached the place early morning, with an online booking that was done the day before. Little did we know about the troubles we were to face. First of all the lift didn’t work, and this hotel is on 4th floor (including reception). So we had to do the heavy lifting of all the luggage by ourselves. When we did somehow manage to get there, the staff was straight away rude, claiming that all the rooms were full and he can’t help us. We showed him the booking details, and after being on call for half an hour, they told us that they will process a refund. Very pathetic experience, wouldn’t recommend this...

Pathetic hotel and its services. Even after giving us the confirmation for early check in at 5am, when I reached there with family, two staff was sleeping near reception area, they didn't give bothered to talk and didn't give us any rooms.
