Hotel O Balaji Inn — Hotel in Gujarat

Worst hotel. Even after booking in OYO by paying advance, hotel turned down saying there is no booking. Asked for direct check-in instead of OYO booking and charged us extra amount by unfair practices. We direct checked in at 6AM by paying extra money and was asked to vacate the room by 11AM, saying your check in counts from the previous day 12PM. Paid 1000 Rs for just 3 hours of our stay. Very rude and goonda like behaviour from the staff. Not at all recommended...

Please everyone do not book your stay at this hotel. The hotel staff members are too rude to their customers. They even doesn't know the difference between hard copy and soft copy of the documents. The rooms are never cleaned , and if you humbly ask them to clean the room they make such a horrible face. They don't the rooms keys easily even don't know the booking is online and payment are already made still you have you wait for too long . They are such...

If you make Oyo booking, please don't.because they not have even proper educated people to respond and communicate. They not have even emotions. They cancel your booking and don't give you any room even vacant Rooms available.

I have waited 1 hour at 12am night for process even my booking and payment all done two days before.

Worst experience....
