Hotel Orion — Hotel in Gujarat

I paid 3000.00 for a night and it was definitely overpriced especially considering the kind of facilities. It is more like a motel. There is only one male service staff. There is no phone in the room for room service.

Read your response Sir. But sorry you are not receptive to feedback from customers. There was no staff on the night we stayed. We experienced unsatisfactory service and I don't have to see what star rating other guests gave you. You sound like an overconfident owner who does not like the scope for improvement feedback from customers and there is not even a hint of apology nor the will to accept and change for the better. Anyway, hope your future guests will not get the bad service that we got....

Very bad hotel, with no staff, worst amenities, worst behaviour. We quit hotel on very next day. No working remote, no tumbler, dusty cupboard, only one towel, no hot water n many more to say.
