A Lifesaver in the Middle of the Night – Exceptional Experience at Parqotel

I, along with my family, stayed at Parqotel on 20/06/2025, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our car broke down at midnight, leaving us stranded and unsure of what to do. In that difficult moment, Parqotel turned out to be a true blessing.

The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy; the breakfast at their in-house restaurant was excellent. The food was fresh, less spicy, and very tasty, which was a comforting and satisfying start to the day.

But what truly stood out was the warmth and support extended by the owner, Mr. Muhammad. His care was beyond what we could have imagined. He sent his nephew with a car to help tow our vehicle - without any charges - to a nearby dealership since it wasn’t immediately repairable.

The help didn’t stop there he personally assisted us in arranging a taxi for our return journey to Surat and even offered to have our vehicle delivered to our hometown once the repairs are completed. His selfless assistance and genuine concern touched us deeply.

People like Mr. Muhammad are rare. His aura, kindness, and dedication to his guests make Parqotel far more than just a hotel — it’s a place where you feel truly taken care of.

And here I am again visiting the next day as well as couldn't resist the taste of food they serve...Amazing experience once again with the same enthusiasm. 10 on 10. This is the best hotel in this area. We were 8 people and we got a single hall with 2 big beds which can easily occupy 3-3 persons each and 2 extra mattress were also provided in very affordable rates. Just keep Cash handy with you. Mitsubishi premium AC was very good and all the basic amenities were provided in the room. The hall had 2 big washrooms. One of the best hotel in affordable price, I ever stayed. You can stay here without a doubt. Everything was so clean and organised. Kudos to the hotel...
