Hotel RG Landmark — Hotel in Gujarat

I stayed in this vegetarian hotel for more than a month in feb 2017. It is truly a business hotel situated in a small town. The hotel looked like a simple building from outside but I was shocked to see the quality of the rooms, decor and the hygiene. The hotel simply surpassed its value and reputation. From frontdesk to housekeeping staff, everybody was courteous and very welcoming. Roomservice staff Prem made sure that my stay is comfortable.||What could bother many tourists is that the hotel is vegetarian. If you can adjust to veg menu then this hotel is the one and the only one in the vicinity worth staying.||||The restaurant is good and has some lip smacking cuisines. Worth trying are the Pasta in whitesauce and the dal makhani. This hotel surpassed my expectation in almost all the levels.||||A special thanks to Sandip (frontdesk) as well who made sure I have the best room of the hotel. Pros:||||Umbergam is a small industrial town. There are very few options and given that, the RG Landmark does a good job. They have large rooms, very genuine and helpfull staff, a conference room if you need it and banqueting facilities. For an average price of Rs 2,500 inclusive of breakfast it was splendid||||Cons:||||Its a small town, so toiletries etc are basic (you wouldn't use these elsewhere) so I would suggest please carry your own toothpase / body-wash etc if you are concious ||||Overall, it's fine. Stay there as closest hotels are in Vapi which is a minimum 30 minute drive away. And - you wouldn't be in Umbargam if you weren't...

Worst experience booked an small hall with 5-6 rooms, hall doesn’t have ac nor the dinner area even the food was worst then expected and the welcome drinks that needed to be served to guests were also worse. Waste of money never ever will visit this place or book again. They first told us that everything thing is very good and we trusted them but we lost our respect in front of our guests do this hall and rooms.
