Fraudulent Hotel – Must be Delisted 🚨

This property is highly fraudulent. They denied my check-in saying rooms were not available, and at the same time tried to sell the same rooms to walk-in customers at a higher price.

When I raised a complaint through MakeMyTrip, the hotel changed their statement and falsely claimed I “never visited” – which is completely untrue. I had to stay at another hotel in the same building at a higher cost due to their denial.

It is shocking that such properties are still listed on MakeMyTrip. Customers trust MMT to verify hotels on their platform, and such experiences seriously damage that trust.
