before booking the room i called the hotel and asked whether it is fine if we check-in at after 11:30 pm as we are coming from chennai , he said no problem and asked me not to book from booiking.com i refused and said its for our safty we only book through booking.com , for being on the safer side i even sent a message from this app to the hotel and they agreed for tha late check-in , we just asked for late check-in and not for any discounts we were ready to pay full amount , now after taking our ID proofs on whatsapp the hotel staff was rude also said we will only offer you room on the 2nd floor and there is no lift , we asked for room on the lower floor as wr are three women and one of is old and couldn't climb stairs so the receptionist said you guys are already disturbing us in the night if you came early I would have given you room in the ground floor which is still available but we can't give it to you and said if you don't want cancel it & you won't find good hotels we are the only one , we had to find another hotel in the last minute, this was really a bad experience and worst behavior by the hotel manager or the receptionist who was responding on the phone. please take action against this hotel or reduce...

I've booked this hotel on basis of Google Reviews, I don't know if all the reviews on Google is verified or it's just a scam by the companies to keep the hotel on top reviews.

I've booked 6 rooms in this hotel with breakfast, 2 days prior my arrival I've called the hotel, person name Vikas picked up the call, he verified my booking through FabHotels which has included breakfast, he denied to give breakfast to us told me they do not have any arrangements for breakfast, though I've asked FabHotels to refund my breakfast amount which they've agreed upon.

Upon arrival on hotel, they did not have WIFI, NO ONE TO ASSIT WITH LUGGAGE. We have to take our luggage two stairs up with heavy bags.

There was ant issue in thr room, no brush holders in the bathroom, not a single Wardrobe, only one plug point, no hot water in two rooms, my 9600 were not refunded by FabHotels, the hotel owner was not co-operative, staff was good but their hands were tied they couldn't help us even after they wanted.

Overall experience was not so good, do not recommend this place at all for family...

First its not hotel it's lodging,,and requesting to fab team to visit the property what u show on your app and secondly the property owner they are very rude all UP wala bhai log they think hum pe meherbani karta hai property owner hai toh so ill personally suggest my friends and family to don't make any bookings thrue booking.com and Fab hotel chain bcoz after booking they don't even bother for costumer who are facing difficulties due to the hotel owner I have voice recording for the experience .so plz I suggest you to don't book from this aap and ill share u the deluxe room photos very bad experience bathroom was gussa toh khatam rooms were...
