Hotel Silver Springs — Hotel in Gujarat

Extreamy pathetic room,nothing is good. Helpless after arrival late night, everything was bad, dirty bed sheets, uncomfortable cheap beds,to dirty bathroom. I requested hot water early in the morning, precisely at 6.30, but after having check-in experience,i decided to wake service guy early in the morning, he was very rude and sleeping, i sat there and forced him to get up, guess what , he rudely replied to bath with cold water. Suffered a lot, I attach you the pictures. Don't fall into this positive feedback trap. I would have slept on airport/railway station corridor if I was not traveling with my family. Edit: i complained on make my trip and they cold heartedly said we are sorry for the inconveniences, since you have stayed in the property, we cannot do anything. Myself and my mother stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during our Gujarat trip. It is a nice clean budget hotel. We had booked for their standard double bedroom but the owner was nice to give us a free upgrade as better rooms were available. Our room had a lot of light n air. The only hind side is there is no running hot water, but they provide bucket hot water. The food quality of room service is also average. All in all a value for money place for short visits.
